Kin Community Initiatives
Community is the first medicine.
Kin Community Initiatives offers free and low-cost workshops, training, and support circles for Black men, boys, families, and the broader community because wellbeing isn't just about what happens in a doctor's office. It starts with people showing up for each other.
We're building something here. Come be part of it in the DMV, Atlanta, and online.
What we offer
Mental Health First Aid
Evidence-based, internationally certified training to recognize and respond to mental health crises.
Support Circles
Structured spaces for honest conversation, peer support, and shared healing.
Financial Wellness
Financial stress is a mental health issue. We treat it that way — with tools, not shame.
Holistic Health
Practices that treat the whole person — body, mind, and community.

All programs are free or low-cost because economic barriers shouldn't stand between anyone and support. Your gift makes that possible.
